You have to subscribe to use all functions, otherwise you can use it for just weighting. So many other choices with full free features.

I wanted to like this scale, but I’m getting inconsistent readings even under identical conditions. I tested it multiple times in a row (on a hard surface, properly calibrated, with new batteries) and the weight changed by 300g within minutes, with no food, drink, or movement in between. My other scale gives consistent results, so this is clearly a device issue. Disappointed, especially given the price.

Doesn't pair with phone, so smart features not accessible at all. Functions perfectly as a dumb scale, low profile is nice.
