Download speeds through the 2.5G port are amazing. But upload speeds are terrible, capping at 20Mb/s. Bypassing the switch to go ethernet direct into my computer got my upload speeds back up to the 300Mb/s I am getting from XFinity.

Great little quiet switch that is performance focused. I am able to get close to 2gs to my NAS (bonded 2x1G) over the 2.5g uplink and the 2.5g to my PC (Not sure why I need this but its cool).

1 star for the non-existent WiFi question, 5 for all the rest. It is a SWITCH, Not a router . My Xfinity router has a 2,5G port and I was hamstringing my internal WIRED network with an old school 1G switch. Dropped this into place with ease. As I titled, this has 7 ports, not the more common 8. (I assume that was used internally between the 2 speed sections). Having a second 2.5G port allows another to be linked, really nice for larger SOHO networks

I bought this for my 1Gbps network with the expandability if I ever go to 2.5Gbps. I have my main PC on a 2.5Gb port and I am getting up to 1Gb speed as expected. The case is sturdy and the device just seems to work as it should. No drops that I can detect coming from the switch.

Bought this for the fast 2.5Gb speed, but it couldn't even handle standard 1Gb stuff that my other switch can. Returned.
