It has a great protective and thick viscosity at first then melts right into your lips like butter. It is very protective against Chicago-grade -14 wind and has proven to be a much needed ally for indoors as well. Dryness begone! I understand it's expensive. I do. However, self care in the winter months is especially important for ensuring sensative skin health in the summer months.

Got a sample of this in the Clarins advent calendar. A little goes a long way and you won't need to reapply it often. Think the soothing feel of Vaseline with the hydrating effect of a good moisturizer. I purchased a full size and it will last me months. I highly recommend.

I purchased this on a blind buy and I was glad I did! It is not overly sticky, but when you push your lips together...it's easy to move the product around; but if you go to kiss someone it doesn't come off.
