Purchased for my partner, and it has become an indispensable part of her life. Sleep tracking is highly effective compared to older Apple Watch and Garmin wearables. Very comfortable, only downside is needing to remove when doing weights or heavy/messy work, unlike watch-type wearables.

So much more insight into my energy levels, sleep and body overall love it wouldn't be without it now and it definitely doesn't get an easy life on my finger but holds up well
