I love it! Note I am 59 years old in average health and hoping to increase my health and lose some weight. One of the best parts is the sleep analysis to help me improve my sleep patters. I have gone biking, walking, and kayak and am learning something new in every trip. On my bike my edge 705 is still good but does not have the connectivity that this has so I use my edge 705 as a dashboard and collect the data from the watch to the the 'Garmin Connect'. With the diverse options, I am thinking about what exercise I can do outside in MN.

5 stars for the technical aspects. Personally it has everything and does everything I have been looking for: excellent sleep tracking and feedback. It is light on my wrist so I don't take it off, never irritates me, strap is so comfortable, stylish enough to wear with any outfit

A great watch, with many different features. Colour is unassuming and feminine. The full metal bezel is great.

I upgraded from the Venu 2 to Venu 4. The new functionality is great and the battery life is good. The only sad thing is that EKG options are blocked in South Africa, but that is not a product but a legislation issue. The watch has exceeded my expectations.
