Ricoh Digital Camera GR IV HDF

Do not buy your cameras here, they often come defective and the henrys store wont even lift a finger to replace it, even within the 15 days.

Bought it last month and have been enjoying it so far

After 6 weeks and 240 shots, the camera lens is stuck 'out'. This is really poor from my perspective as it is a work tool for me (I'm a surveyor). The pictures are great, but the build quality is not good enough for a £1,200 piece of kit. It has to go back (can't replace as it's more than 30 days old!). I'm back with my 5 year old Sony RX100 which has never let me down.

The Ricoh GR IV is an excellent pocket-friendly APS-C camera with a prime lens and intuitive controls, delivering exceptional image quality for serious shutterbugs on the go.

The included battery was dead/defectice. Customer service never responded to my emails. If I had known, I would have bought the Ricoh from another store. Ended up buying a battery and accessories from another place.
