SJCAM Sj4000 Wifi Action Kamera

1/5 of the price of a Gopro and very decent results. It connects to my Iphone very fast and easy to use. The majority of accessories are the same as a Gopro and you can buy it very easily on the internet. It lacks a good manual. I am using it in many situations and as a Dashboard in my car with 1080/30. So far so good.

So far I am really happy with this camera. I am using it as a bicycle handlebar camera and the footage is good for what I was looking for, This is my first action camera and I am happy with the experience. I am getting about 1.75 hours per charge on the battery, but will probably buy a spare. My only negative is the mounting accessories don't seem very durable. I have already experienced two breaks in just over a week and will likely buy other ones.

Really enjoying this GoPro-lookalike. Takes very good video and pictures. Unfortunately, I will require a separate mic as the case impeded the audio but if you're not worried about sound, it's excellent.

The SJ4000 is a generally good little camera. My old one has a few scratches on the housing lens cover and thought I would buy a brand new camera rather than just replacing the housing, as the one I have seems to drain battery faster than the one my wife has. Sadly, upon unboxing this new camera, I noticed the protective film over the housing lens cover was slightly bubbled. Upon peeling it off, the reason why was apparent. There was a nick on the housing lens cover. It seems like a small pit as if were stabbed by a pin. I tested to see if it was visible on the videos. Sure enough, the videos show a fairly large distorted blotch that aligns with the nick. I'm not interested in the hassle of sending it back as I'd like to use the camera short term. I will have to suck it up and order another housing. Disappointed.

It does struggle in dark conditions, but overall, highly recommended if you are on a tight budget or beginner.
