I bought one of these 10 years ago (was only $400) and LITERALLY ran a BBQ restaurant with it for 4 years (bought 2 more)...once you figure it out it is almost like an oven...you can just set it and forget it...invest in the off market indirect heat plate, think it's made by BGE but works perfectly inside of this. I wish I still had one but not willing to pay $900 for it...
