This is an excellent unit. It does it all. It holds temps EXTREMELY well. Reverse searing thick steaks with the quick sear vent system is amazing. I have several rack of ribs and pulled pork on this and it has been a joy. I converted from a pellet smoker. I was afraid to go to something other than pellet because I have younger kids and did not have a lot of time to tend the smoker temp. Not an issue here. Dial in the vents and minimal intervention is needed from there. Also - this unit is well made and stout. Very high quality. As expected from Weber.

Fantastic piece of equipment. This is my 3rd Weber grill I’ve owned. I currently have a natural gas Genesis, but you’re not getting the flavor like the Weber Summit Kamado. Holds temperature nicely, and just more versatile than my gas grill. I’m definitely pleased with the performance of this grill. I have yet to have any issues with my Weber products. I grill all year round…, rain, sun, snow hot or cold.
