I’ve only had this headset for a week. The comfort levels are great, but when you spend a cumulative 5 hours diagnosing audio issues and then when you fix them you still get audio stutters and the audio just randomly going out it’s frustrating. In reality if you’re buying the Xbox version of this maybe it’s okay at best, but if you buy this version you will undoubtedly have issues this is not just an odd one out. The app does not work well, the transmitters feel like they work poorly, and the Bluetooth is a let down. Don’t get this

I ordered the turtle beach stealth 700 headset gen 3 after my last pair was damaged. I noticed that this device has not been working nearly as well as my last one. When listening to my computer by plugging in the usb pairing device I can only move a few feet away before the audio quality drops significantly or stops working altogether. I'm wondering if I was sent a defective device

It definitely came in clutch as my original one got destroyed during a moving process and this worked straight out of the package with my headset !
