We bought one of these. I did like the coffee. When I researched it, plenty of people had had this machine for 20 years +. But, they are no longer well made. Our has lasted about 4-5 years and leaks after you turn it off. I did a bunch of research and this appears to be a very common problem. I've had it serviced three times and they still can't figure out how to fix this. So, now I'm looking for a new high end espresso maker. And, that's a lot to pay for something that only lasts four years. We did like the coffee but I think this machine should last longer than it dows.

Absolutely love this machine. As everyone else has stated it takes some practice but once you get it, it is a gem!

I cannot say enough good things. I was given a PC-16 as a gift, and I love it. In our house, we use it two to three times a day - early morning, late morning and for that crucial afternoon pick-me-up - and it always makes the perfect espresso. This unit is not for the novice or someone who doesn't want to take the time to learn how to pull a shot of espresso, as there is nothing instant or automatic about this unit. Still, for those that appreciate craftsmanship (both in the unit and in the espresso!) and the notion that sometimes things are better if done by hand, this is a great machine. On a side note, after about a year of constant use, a few fittings got loose in the unit. I sent it to the importer, who fixed it at no charge. They couldn't have been easier to deal with, and I commend them for their service!

WATER LEAKAGE and a host of other issues. Owned a Pavoni for 30 years with no issues. This one is a disaster with no fix.

Absolutely the best domestic cappuccino machine on the market. Bullet proof, needs servicing every 9-12 mos to replace worn seals.... makes superb espresso & has the necessary power for good foam. I buy Costco Espresso beans and fine grind on #3 setting on a Delingi grinder. Perfect grind texture is the key to great coffee. 10/10 ☕️️
