Overall excellent machine. Produces a great consistent shot. Only disappointment was incorrect information provided from the Breville onsite representative. She advised the milk temperature settings could be adjusted in 1-degree increments (like the Oracle). This is NOT the case.

Easy to use. Guided flows are a great mix of auto and manual. A perfect replacement for our previous Nespresso Breville machine. Specialty milk settings are a great feature.

We had a breville dual boiler ...need to purchase a new machine really looked before purchasing decided on breville touch love it easy to use can personalise your own coffee setting and store it for one touch on the screen along with other coffees......it tells you when you don't have enough coffee in your grind and if the brew is running threw to slow or to fast ..can adjust the froth and milk temperature...also easy to clean ....we have had it a month now and loving it .....would highly recommend ...

I wanted a machine that was semi automatic so that my husband would happily use it. This machine takes so much of the guess work out of it but still delivers you a barista style coffee every time. Its foolproof! We are really happy with our purchase even though it was more expensive than other models.
