This is my 2nd machine my previous machine lasted 6 years I’ve worked as a barista and I think this is Best affordable coffee machine for the home makes great coffee with all the control of a professional set up love it

Bought the stainless steel in December 2025. I loved the Black Matte but the sales guy feedback was the colour warps & bubbles due to the heat. So it’s almost June 2026. I haven’t made as many espressos as most would have by now simply because I’ve been too lazy to learn how to use it. ‍‍‍. I’m still learning actually. I’ve probably made more espresso this past week than entire 5mths . It seems easy, just find the pour isn’t like what I’ve seen on vidoe . Don’t worry I’ll keep at it. Otherwise beautiful machine. ☕️

It's better than what I thought. The coffee I can get here is just amazing. So much better than what I could get in my previous one (Breville barista express) I pair it with an eureka

I purchased this to replace one that was just over 3 years old one suffered a steam boiler failure. As their warranty is 3 years I was offered a new one for $900 which I what I paid for it during Xmas sales. Wasn’t happy as expected more life out of the product. The repair cost was close to replacement. Basically poor customer service

Enjoy using BDB every day. I’ve owned and used several over the years. When needed, breville service is great. Customer service outstanding.
