This is the third coffee machine I've had and it is the best! Fully Automatic or can still manually operate the steam wand. Got a great deal on sale. Easy to set up.

Was purchasing a coffee machine for our newly formed independent school. Staff were super helpful in picking the right model for our needs, and finding the best price too! Thank you, the machine has been going swimmingly, and the coffee is fantastic.

Didn't last 18 months until it started tripping power. Returned from warranty repair with a damaged steam lever.

The ease of use without all the fuss makes this a no brainer for us.

this was our second one of this modle. the first lasted 7 years and was AMAZING. this one the grinder wont grind the coffee evenly. the boiler wont heat the water past 70 degrees and the machine is incredibly noisy. sadly tghe customer service at breville just kept giving me the cut and paste solutiuons like have you deep cleaned the machine ( its only 1 week old ) and you must be using old beans . they were a week old. overall very disapointed and returned
