Smeg DCF02RDEU Punainen erottuu retrodesignillaan ja sopii Smegin muihin laitteisiin. Kahvin vahvuus ja määrä on helppo säätää, ja ajastimella saa tuoretta kahvia aamuksi. Lämpölevy pitää kahvin lämpimänä 40 minuuttia ja sammuu sitten automaattisesti. Laite on kuitenkin melko kallis, ja runko on enimmäkseen muovia, mikä voi yllättää tässä hintaluokassa. Vesisäiliön täyttö on hankalaa, ja 10 kupin kapasiteetti tarkoittaa pieniä kuppeja. Tyylikäs valinta, mutta käytännössä joitain haittoja.

I was super sad when my old machine finally packed up. But then I found SMEG and I really LOVE it! It makes the best coffee and the smell whilst it is filtering is amazing, a really great start to the day. Super easy to use and keep clean. Gorgeous black colour and lovely retro design. Well made and a really great addition to my kitchen. Lots of compliments from friends and family on both the look of the machine and the great coffee it makes.

Ulkonäkö miellyttää. Kahvi on valmistuessaan hieman viileämpää, kuin esimerkiksi Moccamasterissa. Veden annostelumittari on keittimen sivussa ja siitä on hankala saada selvää. Ulkonäkö antaa toiminnallisia puutteita anteeksi.
