Laptop faulty on delivery. Terrible comms and failed promises. I had to do all the running. 2 days wasted. Then to cap it off DHL failed to collect when they said...twice. Still waiting. Beyond bad.

Delivery was appalling even though I gave the courier dates I wasn't home they still tried to deliver on the dates I was not home and finally they delivered when someone was puerly by chance at home some 3 weeks later !!! Unable to get the laptop to boot up ok , eventually had to speak to the Company's IT department to finally get it to boot up correctly !!
