The screen is colourful and bright, but the laptop is louder and slower than it's predecessor. No one asked for onboard AI cores, and if you're daft enough to use them, the laptop becomes unusable.

Product looks good but the laptop was delivered faulty. Not showing a hard drive. Have been trying to get a replacement since 6th December. Still waiting, the process has been a shambles with communication really poor.
