I would like to first state that I have NOT purchased this device from Amazon. We have been using Chromebooks at work since the HP Chromebook G4. The 360 seems so far to be not only the most versatile, but the most durable. These are made with the improved Gorilla Glass and have a metal top cover vs the original plastic cover from previous models. This device is touch screen as a laptop and can be folded backward to be used as a tablet. The device does have a metal/magnetic component in the bottom/top cover to allow the device to disable the palm when it's used as a tablet. Which means if you put this device on top of anything magnetic (including another chromebook) the palm (Keyboard and trackpad) will disable and assume to be used as a tablet. So far I am loving these more than our older models, My only downside to these vs the g8's is that there is only one charging port.

The microphone on this Chromebook has not worked since the day we got it. It is full of static and no one can hear me when I do any video conferencing. Very disappointed.

Bought this for my elementary age kids for online learning. Very durable! Great for zoom calls and everything else they need for school at home.

I loved it for 2 weeks then it just went black. Turned off and will not turn back on.
