Was looking for a laptop with Windows Pro rather than home with bigger screen and decent power and affordable price and this ticked the boxes

Powerful, fast product with good connectivity, suitable for office and family use. I'd like to thank the seller for his sound advice. We regret a little the pre-installation of COPILOT which is always invasive and above all has a dedicated key when we would have liked a key assigned to a character (/ for example). The ease with which a second SSD can be installed is also appreciated, with a screw waiting for it to be fixed in place. I'd also like to thank the LDLC shop clerk for his advice when I collected it in shop. Plus: backlit keyboard on demand; mute button for the speaker with indicator light (same for the num lock button).

We had to wait a while to be taken care of, but I have no regrets given the quality of the sales assistant's advice, thanks to a good diagnosis of our needs. I would recommend this company.
