For a brand new computer at this price I have had a few issues that have disappointed me. It has locked up twice and the screen was doing a very strange Pixelation yesterday for no reason I can see. I am not a techy kind of person but I had hoped not to have ANY problems with a new computer. If I had the opportunity today, I think I would return it. That’s just me. It could be user error but I’ m not thrilled with it at this point.

Laptop crashed after playing The Sims 4 for 2 minutes. After that, it's crashed multiple times doing various things. So far not looking too hot of a computer as I've had it less than a month.
