Teqcycle HP EliteBook 840 G8

Sehr guter gebrauchter Laptop... sehr gerne beim nächsten Mal wieder

The laptop arrived very quickly and in excellent condition as advertised.

The HP Elitebook 840 G8 was a terrific purchase from Issaquah Highlands Tech. They had a very competitive price and their processing and shipping time was superb. The package arrived in excellent condition and there were no signs that the laptop had been previously opened for upgrades. Setup was quick and easy and we were up and running in no time at all. Very pleased. Not so pleased. Only downside (not an Issaquah Highlands Tech issue) is HP advertised the battery life to be 14.5 hours. They had one of the numbers right, but it wasn’t the 14.5, it was the 4. Don’t know if this is going to get any better, but after the first two charges, we only got 4 hours use before the battery was exhausted. NOT GOOD HP!!! False Advertising?!?

Computer came with no power cord and encrypted hard drive that needed a PIN. Returned...

Computer stopped working 2 months and 4 days after receiving it. Screen went black and fan started running loudly after trying to turn it on. Biggest waste of $527! Can't find the return turn policy.
