Wonderful product at a wonderful price. Found this deal at the perfect time. Love the magnetic ears and jow they stay around my neck well. Sound is clear and strong too.

Bought this for a Christmas gift and the recipient has been "dancing through life" nowthat they have headphones that make the musikc so lifelike and rteal. Thanks QVC for carrying such a great product and to BEATS for making such a great product !

You guys sent me no once but twice a bad earphones. After waisting lots of time on the phone. Went to Apple Store driving 1hr round trip and waiting there for more than 40 minutes, for the technician to tell me that they particular Beatsflex was sold may 13 2022 after he checked the serial number. And for that was not under the Apple warranty So I ended up buying one fro them, no letter or email or call apologizing for this matter. So don’t asked how I like the product. I like it alright but the one I purchased from the Apple Store
