I needed this dongle to be able to access MS Teams through my hearing aids. While it was successful in fulfilling this need and I can now access all of these types of apps (zoom, etc), there is a problem with the sound level. I get to sound level 30 and it is not quite enough - when I up it to sound level 31, there is a larger increase (that say between 29 and 30 or between 31 and 32) and the sound level is too high. While I cope with it for my meetings, it means that I take down the connection and reconnect to my phone to listen to music, podcasts etc.

I bought it confusing the Jabra headset I had was Evolve 75 when it was Engage 75 for which the Jabra Link 370 MS was not compatible. On realising the error I contacted Simply Headsets immediately and I was told that as I had unwrapped it, I couldn't return it nor could I receive a store credit. Very very harsh I think

Previously had issues with my Jabra 75 elite headset cutting out after 10-15 minutes on Win 10 PC. With the Jabra 370 link it works flawlessly, never drops out, controls work well, range is 20m through a few walls. Also tried on Ubuntu 1804 LTS and works exactly the same. Extremely happy!
