They don't produce such a good, loud sound. I can hear all cars very loudly.

I knew JBL make great speakers and I wasn’t disappointed with the sound quality. Very easy setup too. Unfortunately they fall out of my ears too easily as they don’t have rubber bud tips to hold them in place.

Very disappointing experience. I never received my earphones, and I haven’t received a refund either. No product and no money back. Extremely poor service.
