Sennheiser ADAPT 165 USB II on mukava, kevyt kuuloke pehmeillä tyynyillä, ihanteellinen pitkille työpäiville. Teams-painike ja UC-optimointi tuovat lisämukavuutta yrityskäyttäjille. Huomaa, että melunvaimennus on vain passiivista ja ohjauspaneeli ei toimi 3,5 mm liitännällä. IF NOT FOR THE CORD THAT KEEPS BREAKING AND THE HEADSET ITSELF THAT ALWAYS GETS LOOSE AND HANGS OFF....THIS WOULD BE PERFECT........ BUT SINCE you made it with these flaws,you pay the price quality is excellent people always say they can hear my heartbeat on the other end.thats fine with me

I consistently get feedback from calls that my microphone is picking up other conversations, background noise (like a garbage truck outside), pets barking, etc. Contrary to the claims the microphone does not appear to have good, if any, noise cancellation. Also one of the ear pieces broke off in less than 2 years. It's held on by very small plastic couplings - disappointed in the quality.

I received my new headset from Amazon this morning. I was having a bit of difficulty with the EQ compared to my old Sennheiser headset – new one is very bass heavy. Looked for some info on the Sennheiser support page to adjust. Turns out the product I purchased from Amazon - SC 165 - does not exist on the Sennheiser website. Packing up and returning to Amazon this morning. I still need a new headset but it won’t be a Sennheiser.
