Käyttänyt näitä nyt reilu vuoden melkein päivittäin. Ollut erittäin tyytyväinen akun kestoon, äänenlaatuun sekä vastamelu toimintoon. Pitkään ongelmana oli liian herkkä kosketuspaneeli oikeassa kuulokkeessa. Tähän ei löytynyt mistään ohjetta, mutta itse löysin keinon miten kosketuspaneelin saa kytkettyä pois päältä. Pidät ANC painiketta pohjassa 5 sekuntia ja kuulokkeet ilmoittavat "touchpad disabled"

Barely used. Always stored in its case and used in home only. Probably only about once or twice a week. Purchase in April 2023 and broke in Nov 2023. The left earcup literally is dangling off the headband. Total waste of money.

Should have read the reviews. Always in the case when I wasn't wearing them, but the right side swivel broke after 2 months.

Like most other users, the (left) swivel broke making these totally unusable. This is unacceptable for a headphone that price. I never dropped them and always stored them in their case. No abuse whatsoever. This is clearly a design flaw or manufacturing defect. Unfortunately it appears to happen to a lot of customers according to other reviews online. Philips doesn't seem to be willing to fix the issue... By the way, Philips warranty does not cover "physical damage". Total waste of money for 3 months. Don't buy.

The headphones have amazing sound quality and noise cancelling BUT the actual design of the product is poor. I only used them 3 times and the left headphone literally snapped. THEN when I reached out to see if I could get a replacement or any kind of guidance from the company I didn't hear anything back. Got an email that said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and at the time of this review it's been 6 days.
