Third time am facing the same issue with same Product. nobody taking my concern

My son used this device for less then 60 days before the buttons become detached, no longer usable, low quality.

This is my second pair of BlackBeat FIT headphones. The first pair I had unfortunately died and never recharged (light would come on and go out after a few seconds). I liked them enough to buy a second pair and it was the same story. I absolutely love to work out in these headphones because they stay in your ear and the sound quality is great, but I would like a product that lasts longer than a year.

I was very happy with the sound quality and fit, bit after just a few months of use the rubber part on the controls started slipping off, like the glue just came apart or something. I got a replacement from the warranty, which was nice, but then the 2nd pair did the same thing. I think I'm done messing with these headphones and will probably look for something else this time.

I bought this about 6 months ago, after 3 months, it would stop playing music for minutes. Happened too often that I couldn’t ignore it so I reached out and had to pay for shipping to get it fixed. It is annoying that I had to pay for shipping but I understand it’s not in the “warranty time”. Regardless I paid it, got back to me, it’s been a month and its still happening. So not only is music just not playing too many times for too long, now there’s static as well.
