Poly EncorePro 530D on erittäin kevyt kuulokemikrofoni, joka painaa vain 22 grammaa ja on suunniteltu erityisesti puhelinkeskuksille ja asiakaspalveluun. Laserhitsattu rakenne ja 2 vuoden takuu takaavat kestävyyden intensiiviseen käyttöön. Ostajien tulee kuitenkin ottaa huomioon joitakin istuvuusongelmia: useat käyttäjät raportoivat, että korvasanka istuu liian löysästi eikä pysy tarpeeksi tukevasti, erityisesti silmälasien käyttäjillä. Jotkut käyttäjät raportoivat äänenvoimakkuusongelmista, joissa soittajia on vaikea kuulla jopa maksimiäänellä. Kuulokkeet toimitetaan vain kahdella korvakoolla ilman keskivaihtoehtoa, mikä on joillekin epäoptimaalista.
