Best headset, hands down. Easy set up and easy to use. Sound quality is clear as if using a desk phone.

Tried for 2 days on phone to get an invoice. Loved Plantronics, poly not so much. This will be my last purchase.

What a shame. Happened twice. First time it broke under warranty. Stopped working. They replaced it with a REFURBISHED equipment. 2nd time it broke eight months later again. This time it USB port was busted. It works with my phone and cell phone, but not my computer. Now they want me to buy new. Expensive equipment to not last even two years. What a Shame!

Such clarity and long lasting battery. Topped off with a second battery that can be hot swapped in a moment without dropping the call. Haven't had to use 2nd battery yet but great knowing it is there. Absolutely love the multiple wearing options so each user could select what works for them. I would only recommend that Plantronics allow loyal customers to purchase the base revision and headset at reduced cost since those haven't changed. Most excellent product!
