The phones do what they are supposed to do, although they are cheaply made and from the start the number 3 on one of my handsets is very imprecise. As a VOIP phone the call quality is very good

Good sound quality, easy to setup, does what it suppose to do, no nonsense phone....I bought the product for home use.

Although it's a basic phone it has a lot of up market features. I use it on VoIP only but with the included RJ11 cable you can use it to double up with your landline. No danger of getting confused as you can assign different ring tones for your landline and SIP service. Very easy to set up with my provider as they have 'crib sheets' outlining exactly which settings to use. It was out of the box and working in less than ten minutes.
