Ive tried doing a factory reset, tried to unplug it, and plug back in, and no matter what I try, it just has a black screen and a solid red light on the phone. This phone is crap for the money. It looks nice, but dont trust the phone to last at all. Now 3 months later, I have a useless phone that I can not use at all for anything.

I needed a phone for the office for a new hire so I go this one for myself and moved mine to another employee. Super nice to be able to see a bit more on the screen. It's a refurb I think, but it's like new all the way around. Very happy so far... The new web interface is modern and easy to use. Stoked!
