Picture is ok but nothing special with brightness and contrast just being uniformity ok and no real vibrancy, sound is ok but again nothing special. There have been constant issues with this like on the first day the picture breaking and jumping around the screen with constant flickering, like when it is smashed although it wasn't smashed, can't turn off standby light and ended up reseting the tv trying to turn it off, Titas os is extremely slow and unresponsive taking considerable time to load menu screens, and this is with a high speed wired internet connection. constantly apps won't open this varies day to day but usually something that won't open, picture regularly switched to low quality eco pic despite repeatedly setting it to movie, I feel like the manufacturer concentrated on gimmicks like ambilight and volume rockers on remotes and spent no time on the things that actual matter like a decent quality tv that is responsive and works well. worst tv I have ever owned.

As you emailed me I was actually trying to sort out my new TV. I really don’t care for Freely and want to revert back to Freeview. I’ve tried for the last 45 mins and am getting nowhere, it’s so frustrating. I know most of my favourite channels on Freeview yet these mean nothing on Freely

I bought this TV for my mother, as her TV aerial had failed. It is an excellent choice, with great features and picture. It’s also easy enough for an older person to use
