If it works, it works great. After a few months, it just doesn’t seem to work anymore. This is the second monitor and same thing has happened. It doesn’t register the monitor is connected to my laptop. I tried swapping all cables, rebooting the computer, etc. I just have it sitting on my desk and only use it 2-3 days a week, so it’s not like I’m hard on my equipment. So disappointing.

The first monitor I received was defective. It took SEVERAL HOURS online and on the phone for hp to finally acknowledge I had a bad monitor.

Defection monitor was shipped to me and I never got to use it. HP refused to replace it.

I really like the display. It's such a huge improvement over my prior laptop + Dell monitor combo. While it's about 20% more screen space, it's functionally much more because the monitor has a very high resolution. The integrated camera works well and I like being able to physically turn the camera and mic off. All of the integrated ports have replaced the USB-C docking setup I used previously, which really frees up my physical desk space. My only real complaint is the microphone. Multiple colleagues said they could barely hear me in meetings. I've ended up using a separate USB mic.

The monitor is exactly what I hoped for. Great picture quality and the USB C connection does not have any lag.
