I bought this for my new home and had to borrow a screwdriver from the internet installer. The four screws connecting the base must be secure or it will tip over.

For the cost of this device I have not been overall impressed. The concept is great and the physical device and mobility is cool but the functionality is less than. It regularly drops the WiFi signal and programming cannot be viewed. I fully trouble shot my router and everything needed with my internet provider. My single is fully functional and route is within 5 feet of device. I’ve had to connect customer support 3 times for reset trouble shooting and issues with Disney app being able to function on device. Remote often stops working with device - battery is fully new. I would suggest buyer beware. This is one expensive tv that in my experience so far includes many annoying issues. While the mobility is nice - doesnt matter if you cat actually watch it.

I’ve been using it for a month. I almost bought the StanbyME but went with this one for the better picture quality, and it was the right choice. It’s perfect for watching anywhere, even in the bathroom during a relaxing bath. Adjusting the angle and height is super easy and convenient. It’s corded, so a wireless option would've been nice, but if you have enough outlets around the house, it’s actually better since you don’t need to charge it. Highly Recommended!
