I found this purchase for my son as easy as it gets. AT&T made it simple to send back the trade in phone and put any extra charges on my statement.

Is this a joke? You have not delivered the product. It has been returned to you by UPS a week ago and while you are charging me monthly, your people seem unable to reverse my upgrade. So, no phone, no refund and no response from you.
