A big upgrade over my iPhone 14 for sure!!! I definitely love the better screen and battery life as well as the upgraded camera.

I ordered this phone and 2 other phones on Sept 12 and paid for them. I still have not received them. I have called multiple times about when the phones will be shipped. I keep getting that it is being processed at the warehouse. I ask if the order can be canceled because it seems like there are technical difficulties on their part that the phones have not been shipped. I was told that there were no options for them to cancel the order. I have called multiple times, and no one seems to know why my phones have not been shipped. Instead of just canceling the order, I am being told to wait. I have waited for a month, and still no phones.

The phone works as my previous phones have. It does have some advances such as a way to preserve the battery and has informed me that it is doing so.

It overheats constantly. I've called Apple Support and followed the instructions they gave me but it still overheats when using apps, texting, phone calls, and charging. I am calling Apple Support again today. It would be great if I could take the phone to the AT&T store and get assistance there. Right now your stores are useless. They used to be helpful with people inside who could assist. Now they just refer me to the nearest Apple store which is nearly an hour drive away. Not helpful.
