Got these for my daughter and she’s very happy. How happy? Well, nothing but a smile and two thumbs up when I asked how they were. As a teen, if they were not perfect for her we would hear about it!

For all the time I've owned the headset it's spent most of the time being sent back and forth between myself, Razer and Scans the only good thing I can say about all this is Scan's customer service is amazing, unlike Razer to even start a returns case you have to navagate a maze of a websise design to make you give up. then deal with generic replies from people who just don't care. Before you finially get a shipping label that's wrong (make sure the check the "declared value" they'll lie about it and if your item is lost or stolen on its way back, well that's the compensation you'll get, in my case it'd be £10 for a £100+ headset.
