great gift for my mum who is 70, she is using it to track steps, heart rate, calories, using the breath work assistant and enjoying the elegant and sleek design.

The design of the watch is nice. It's still large but probably as small as women's Garmin smart watches come. I used it for 2 months and got frustrated with how buggy it was. Today after spending about 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot it with chatgpt (which was really helpful), I decided my time is worth more than troubleshooting a watch so I returned it for a refund at my local REI. I bought it specifically for sleep tracking. Chatgpt might have solved that problem for me but sometimes you have to use your human intelligence and decide if a consumer good is worth it or not. For me, it wasn't so back it went.
