Garmin Venu 4 Kulta/Beige 41 mm on älykello, jossa on 41 x 41 x 12 mm kotelo, noin 46 gramman paino hihnan kanssa ja 1,2" AMOLED-kosketusnäyttö, jonka tarkkuus on 390 x 390 pikseliä. I researched and researched, got it down to two, went with the Venu 4!! What an unexpected surprise! Definitely the best choice for me. I’m still learning but I’m old and this is my first smartwatch. I started running at 68, while training for running a couple 5Ks I suppose I began to really want a watch! I guess I finally took the running thing serious. The watch though! It’s perfect. It’s beautiful. The only negative is the band! I hate the cheap looking band.

This is my first fitness watch after running a marathon and realizing that my phone just wasn't cutting it for the training. There are so many features on this watch for training and general fitness, which I am still figuring out. I love that it gives recommendations for movement, recovery, and sleep! If you're like me and look at 1,000 different "Best Of" lists for things, listen to the other people who say this is a great watch. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some, but the sleek design and features are worth it. OH! and it has a good battery life for those of us who hate charging things daily!

I love it! Note I am 59 years old in average health and hoping to increase my health and lose some weight. One of the best parts is the sleep analysis to help me improve my sleep patters. I have gone biking, walking, and kayak and am learning something new in every trip. On my bike my edge 705 is still good but does not have the connectivity that this has so I use my edge 705 as a dashboard and collect the data from the watch to the the 'Garmin Connect'. With the diverse options, I am thinking about what exercise I can do outside in MN.

5 stars for the technical aspects. Personally it has everything and does everything I have been looking for: excellent sleep tracking and feedback. It is light on my wrist so I don't take it off, never irritates me, strap is so comfortable, stylish enough to wear with any outfit
