It worked very well for 2 years and then it started making funny noises and the toothbruh head was really wobbly. Customer Service have been very difficult to deal with even though I bought the product with them directly as they said it wasn't registered so I'm left with a very expensive toothbrush that doesn't work

Extremely disappointed. I bought the Sonicare Prestige 9900 expecting premium quality, but the handle developed the same fault twice. On both occasions, the metal drive shaft became loose, causing the toothbrush to vibrate loudly and become unusable.For a flagship product at this price, I expected much better durability. Customer service only offered a discount on a replacement rather than standing behind a product that has failed twice.Excellent cleaning performance, but reliability has been very disappointing. I can no longer recommend this model.

Alussa hämmästytti hammasharjan pesuteho ja laatu. Se oli erittäin hyvä varsinkin kun muisti vaihtaa uudet harjat. Nyt tismalleen kahden vuoden kuluttua alkaa harja pitää ääntä ja jotenkin tuo liikkuva osa harjan päässä löystyy ja samalla menee harjauksesta teho. En suosittele.

The toothbrush operates well. I like that it's easy to clean and the power button doesn't get blocked like it used to. The only issue is that the intensity setting sometimes resets itself. You have to keep an eye on it and reset it.
