Brother Dsmobile 720D

bought because of good experiences with other brother products this is a useless piece of junk, could not even get the driver to load properley, quite an expensive mistake, will never buy a Brother product again, it ended up in the bin - dont bother, i have used other similar and much cheaper products that worked like a charm, all this did was raise my blood pressure

This is been a decent scanner to have & still functioned but brother decided to not support the product for Windows 11. I didn't find this out until after I downloaded 11, so now my scanner is a paperweight.

Initially I thought the product stopped working as I could not figure out how to find the scanned files. Eventually I realized that a folder had been created on my computer and located the scanned documents. Also the adapter cord didn’t seem to be connecting well with the scanner but when I replaced it, it worked fine. Once I worked these hiccups out the scanner worked great. It’s fast and convenient and comparing the price to similar products it was a bargain. Edit: I tried out the original cord again and now it is working.

Works great for copying to PDFs! Haven't used it much for photos.

Scanning is easy enough but the driver and program once you scan is HORRIBLE. All the programs (for easier filing of scans into folders) wouldn't install. Very slow and outdated software all the way around.
