HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow N9120

This machine is supposedly a new machine. However, it is a very old model, has no warranty, and will not work at all with our system. We are returning the scanner.

My client bought a brand new N9120 and I was called to help set it up. Although the printer came new in an unopened box but it was manufactured in 2013 (and was discontinued on 2017). I can't get it to scan more than 3 pages at a time because rubber rollers were stiff due to aging -- printer was probably sitting too long in the warehouse under desirable temperature. The parts are expensive and hard to get because the printer was discontinued since 2017. There is no reason to spend so much money on an printer like this. As a result, I had my client it returned it today and get DS-70000 instead.

It was a replacement for N9120, so I was expecting to perform as well as the last one. This one does not have a software package. It scans but there is no manipulation of the scans like on the original 9120

Older Model but not used much. Works great and is exactly as described. Used for scanning high volume of documents.

Since installing the new Separation Pad Kit we've had no multiple feed errors and the scanner is operating beautifully. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and only took a couple minutes to complete.
