Apple iPad Pro 11 WiFi 256GB (M5)

I never received this order, and somehow AT&T still wants a rating. That’s the whole experience: radio silence when something goes wrong, then a survey the second you decide the job is done. Nobody contacted me about a delay, a tracking issue, or a failed delivery. I had to chase you. When I finally got through, I got runaround instead of answers. No clear status, no real apology, no fix that didn’t feel like I was doing your job for you. You asked how you did. You didn’t. The order never showed up. The support was useless. Don’t ask me to rate an experience I never got to have.

I never received this item. I'll have to check into it.

I have not received the 13” iPad I ordered. The 11” I received in error has been returned

I have no idea how good the device is because I never got it. Verizon screwed up my order by sending the wrong contact info to UPS so I could not digitally sign for it. I had someone at home but UPS would not deliver without a signature, which I could not give because the 2FA contact info Verizon gave UPS was wrong.
