Beurer BM54 on luotettava olkavarren verenpainemittari, jossa on Bluetooth, joten mittaustulokset voi helposti siirtää Beurer HealthManager -sovellukseen. Laite on kliinisesti validoitu ja siinä on iso, helppolukuinen näyttö sekä värikoodattu WHO-riskimittari. BM54 sopii kahdelle käyttäjälle ja tarjoaa 60 muistipaikkaa per käyttäjä. Arytmian tunnistus tuo lisäturvaa. Haittoina ovat verkkovirtamahdollisuuden puute, mansetin epämukavuus kapeille käsivarsille ja sovelluksen vaatima yhteensopiva puhelin. Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä valinta kotiin, mutta huomioi rajoitukset.

Bluetooth ei löydä laitteetta mikä voi olla myös ohjelmiston päivitysongelma, mutta yritettiin kahdella laitteella joissa uusin ios! Palautettu bt ei-toimivana ja ostettu tilalle toisen merkin heti toimiva laite.

Näppärän kokoinen, näyttö selkeä. Käyttöohjeet voisivat olla selkeämmät, tekisi käyttöönoton sujuvammaksi. Hyvä ostos, oikea hintalaatusuhde.

An ok machine if you use it standalone but if you’re buying it for the connectivity (which is the point of this model) then don’t bother. Old app was great and supported Apple Health sync. The new app as of Oct 2024 is very unstable (won’t reliably sync results to app) and more importantly for me, no longer syncs to Apple Health. If you want that functionality, you’ll need to step up to something like the Withings product.

I bought this some time back, and in October 2024 they altered the app v 2.3 and it scrambled all my data readings. started again and the app not working, no averages no graphs and unable to share with doctor, report not created. contacted braun a lot. There customer service useless, ignore the customer. AVOID THIS PRODUCT if you want easy connectivity etc
