Røde Rode WS7 -tuulisuoja

This windshield has worked great for me. Not only does it block wind, but the tight rubber seal blocks any other sounds coming from behind the mic. I even use it indoors sometimes to block out some ambient noises. Just make sure the mic is off when you take the windshield on and off, as it's so tight that the inside tends to scrape against the mic which can be very loud or possibly even damaging if the mic is on.

Needed a fuzzy for my NTG-3, I was slated to record sound for a documentary mostly indoors but at a large convention. I was looking to block additional noise from ventilation units it worked great for indoor moving air. I was shocked when we ran outside after our talent into a wind filled breeze way to watch them unload their vehicle....poof no wind noise all dialog!!! I didn't want to bring my whole zeppelin set up and I'm glad I didn't. The WS7 does the job fine, oh and it fits real nice too!!!

Great at being a windbuff, but it fits veryyy snug on the mic, almost takes alittle more push than I felt comfortable doing. Never seen a windbuff so tight.

Fits around the mic well and does a great job with wind noise. It is pretty long so if you install it all the way it could interfere with the fit of the NTG3 in a shock mount.

doesn't come off my Sennheiser ME66's keeping these on all the time
