This camera is sharp on the visuals and great sound quality. Recipients on the other end said the sound is amazing and very clear. this is a great camera for doing video conference calls fits nicely on the top of the monitor and easy to adjust if needed.

it seems to hover between different zoom levels. Not a deal breaker but no prize either. I expect better

After PC goes idle and wakes up, the camera fails to wake up with PC. I have to unplug and plug it back to make it work
