I have had this item for just over a month my feedback is 1/ Manual supplied is inadequate and requires one to watch videos on setup and use> 2/ The coffee pucks are not large enough to make a strong cup of coffee, since one cannot select a second grind when making a Capuchin 3/ Unable to make a simple flat white 4/ Milk container is on the small side to make 2 mugs of Capachino
