While being completely comprehensive--grinding, brewing, water, etc--this machine is still compact and fits easily in my small space. I leave it out on the counter top and have had no issues with space. Next, the machine is so easy to use, works seamlessly, and produces delicious coffee, espresso, or steamed milk every time. I used to manually make coffee every day, and I've not gone to a coffee shop or made coffee manually since I purchased this machine. The adjustable spout is wonderful for different sized cups. I am very satisfied with my machine and would absolutely recommend.

Unit worked for less than 2 months. I was told it had to be returned to the service centre. I am now being told the regular turnaround is 20-30 days. I have had no communication and the customer service representative refused to answer my request to escalate the complaint.

Big machine but great value compared to others and produces good coffee, especially with milk steamer. Read the instructions to make best use, actually logically put together.

Love this coffee machine. I love that it grinds the beans and makes the coffee. I buy organic beans and this makes my life easier for my busy mornings. The coffee is superb!My only complaint - the manufacturer placed a sticker on the top of the machine that is stuck with industrial strength glue. It's so frustrating when products have those stickers and the consumer has to spend precious time trying to get it off. In my quest to get the sticker removed - I tried goo gone and it scraped the lid terribly. So the lid looks awful and it's upsetting because this is an expensive product. I love the product and would buy again - it's just they need to stop putting hard to remove stickers on products.

I am very pleased with this coffee machine. Its operation is a lot quieter than my old one (which was on the blink). It makes excellent coffee. The operation of the machine is OK, although after selecting the sort of coffee you want, you also have to press the start button - not quite as slick as my old machine where you only needed to select the one button and the coffee was made, but this is a minor quibble. It's a very good idea to be able to pull out the water container from the front of the machine - much more practical than having it at the back. Many bean-to-cup machines seem rather expensive, but I consider this to be a very good value machine. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone thinking about purchasing a bean-to-cup machine.
