First laptop, alway had a desktop. A learning curve, well worth getting use to. Most helpful to help me decide which laptop would meet my needs. Set up and explanations were quite helpful and ongoing 24/7 help is comforting for whenever I need assistance! I do like my laptop and suggest it for those who want to transition to a laptop.

I was used to buying HP laptops and the last time, I bought a Lenovo. All were really good. When my son dropped his heavy mug of drink on my closed laptop and made a deep dent on the lid (causing the screen to flash wildly), I tried to have it fixed but the damage was too great. I asked the tech about the Asus. It was reasonably priced and I knew the brand had a hard core following. He said it was popular with gamers and he noticed I kept a lot of photos and videos on my laptop. Well, it is great with my pictures and it works as well or better than most laptops I've had. Would definitely buy again.

Love this computer. I am a fan of the larger screen & the lighted keyboard. It is very light weight. Windows 11 is very easy to navigate. Give it a try. I highly recommend it.

I had the computer technician install all the items to get it up and running. Believe me it was the smartest investment I made, he was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the computer and setting up the new Windows 11. I also purchased the accident Protection Plan. I purchased the laptop from Staples in Altoona, Ia. Very happy customer, selection of products and most of all prices.

I most appreciate the service that they provide. I had a VERY old computer and was having trouble with it. The team there checked it out, and determined it just needed replaced. They helped me select this and transferred my stuff. Thanks again!
